The Department of “Information Technology” commenced from the academic year 2010-2011 with the objective of providing the latest quality education in the field of computer and Information technology. The mission of the department is to offer a high-quality education in the computer and Information Technology, as well as to prepare students for career opportunities in this area requiring a high level of technical knowledge and skill. Department of BSC-IT has highly qualified and brilliant faculty members with research base. The Department has maintained a well-equipped computer lab with latest computer software and latest technology to teach students. Students graduated from this Department are placed in reputed IT Industries, Educational Industries in India and abroad. Most of the students have opted for higher studies also. The Department ensures that program objectives are constantly met and learning outcomes are monitored through periodical tests and assignments.
